Christopher Smith is a trial attorney who has litigated many different types of cases in various Courts across the State of Ohio. From cases involving serious crimes to cases that take the unique skill of fighting for Parental Rights, Christopher Smith has earned the reputation as an aggressive advocate for his clients.
Christopher began his career in Montgomery County Ohio representing clients in criminal cases. Through multiple cases, Christopher has gained extensive experience in the criminal justice system serving clients in the Columbus and Dayton areas for divorce, DUI, and criminal defense. Through that experience, Christopher has branched out into representing clients in domestic cases, as well as personal Injury Cases. With a background in business as well as accounting, Christopher has advocated for clients in bankruptcy proceedings as consolidation matters.
Christopher trains extensively and reviews all current laws to help represent his clients to his utmost ability. By devoting many hours to continuing legal education, Christopher stays current with any developments or changes that may affect his clients’ cases.
Christopher grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio graduating from Princeton High School in 1998. After graduating from The University of Dayton Law School in 2006, Christopher began practicing in Dayton, Ohio. Since that time, the practice has grown to include Columbus as well as Dayton, Ohio. Christopher has an office in both cities to facilitate the needs of his clients in the nearby areas.
Christopher is a member of the Dayton, Xenia, and State of Ohio Bar associations. Christopher also is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
